Market opportunity mapping and new business development An industrial-sector company is hiring a **Commercial Analyst** to work in Piracicaba \- SP. **Job Mission:** Responsible for commercial operations and procurement support, with end-to-end involvement in the commercial workflow. **Job Responsibilities:** Customer service via WhatsApp, phone, and email; Proactive prospecting of new customers and suppliers; Commercial relationship management and follow-ups; Issuing invoices and supporting billing activities; Order tracking and control for sales and purchases; ERP system data entry and updates; CRM interaction logging and tracking; Market opportunity mapping and new business development; Support in negotiations with customers and suppliers. **Mandatory Requirements:** Prior sales experience in the industrial B2B sector; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic knowledge of systems (ERP/CRM); Proficiency in Excel; Completed high school education. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):** Experience with plastic materials or recycling **The company offers:** Competitive salary Sales commission Meal allowance Transportation allowance Health insurance (after probationary period) Breakfast provided by the company **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7 AM to 5 PM; Friday: 7 AM to 4 PM. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Sales commission, Gym allowance, Transportation allowance, Health insurance, Breakfast ### **Department:** Commercial
