**JOB OPENING: Kitchen Assistant – CLT** **Salary:** R$ 2.346,48 **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **About the Opportunity** We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the team in daily operational routines, ensuring organization, quality, and efficiency in the preparation and handling of food used at events. **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain the kitchen and utensils clean and organized at all times, strictly adhering to food hygiene and safety standards; * Prepare mixtures and bases to be used in event drink preparations; * Organize the refrigeration chamber and ensure proper storage and preservation of items; * Assist in food and supply inventory control, monitoring expiration dates, restocking, and storage conditions; * Maintain, clean, and organize kitchen equipment and utensils. **Requirements** **Education:** Completed high school **Experience:** Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation is preferred **Specific Knowledge:** * Food and utensil sanitation techniques * Basic food handling, cutting, portioning, and storage practices * Proper food and beverage preservation methods Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.346,48 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
