




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service provider \- legal entity **Behavioral Skills:** * Clear, objective, and empathetic communication; * Negotiation and decision-making ability; * Organization, sense of priority, and responsibility regarding deadlines; * Analytical vision for evaluating candidate profiles and technical requirements; * Proactivity and autonomy. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Conduct recruitment and selection processes, from requirement receipt through to hiring; * Ensure a positive candidate experience, from the first interview through to the start date; * Conduct job alignment meetings with leadership, addressing position requirements, diversity and inclusion criteria, salary range, deadlines, responsibilities of involved parties, and selection process stages; * Prospect professionals and suppliers, performing rate alignment where applicable—especially for field teams and services; * Recruit and select field-based teams, ensuring technical, behavioral, and cultural alignment; * Apply negotiation techniques to meet hiring targets at each project phase; * Analyze candidate profiles, prioritizing technical quality and suitability for projects—particularly during critical phases such as construction; * Collaborate closely with coordinators and managers to understand requirements, define profiles, and adjust selection processes; * Plan and organize recruitment timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines; * Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and quality of hires; * Maintain up-to-date records of selection processes, candidates, and hires. **Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in recruitment and selection—preferably within field operations, construction, consulting, or the environmental sector; * Experience negotiating rates, contracts, or service provision (a plus); * Knowledge of interview techniques, profile assessment, and competency-based selection; * Ability to manage multiple selection processes with organization, deadline focus, and quality; * Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter or similar). **Benefits:** No benefit specified
