The objective is to foster technical development, practical learning, and contribute to continuous improvement of departmental processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Support safety and environmental routines**, adhering to internal standards and contributing suggestions to reduce risks and promote a safe working environment. * **Assist in opening and organizing ARs (Acknowledgement of Receipt) and RAs (Analysis Reports)**, including recording analyses, photographs, material identification, cleaning, and proper storage, thereby supporting information flow to engineering and customers. * **Support mechanical seal maintenance and repair activities**, assisting with inspection, cleaning, and testing under supervision to ensure learning about fault diagnosis and correction. * **Support operation of machine tools**, always accompanied by the team, contributing to component assembly or repair processes. * **Shadow engineers and technicians** during inspections, tests, and maintenance, assisting with operational and administrative tasks to support documentation and process execution. * **Assist in tracking work sequences and internal controls**, helping to keep planning and records up to date, ensuring organization, quality, and adherence to deadlines. * **Contribute ideas for continuous improvement**, supporting initiatives that reduce waste and enhance departmental processes. * **Stay updated on industry technologies and practices**, pursuing continuous learning and sharing acquired knowledge whenever possible. **Qualifications** Pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree. **Additional Information** With colleagues spread across the globe, we are proud of our diversity.
