§ Assist the Warehouse Manager with routines and activities related to the area according to current procedures; § Perform physical receipt of materials and verify on the invoice if they match the order, checking: unit and total value, quantity and integrity; § Register pre-invoices in the ERP system and forward them to the tax department for classification; § Pick materials from direct purchases, inform the requester about the arrival of the requested material for pickup; § Execute routine tasks such as inquiries, entries, and removals in the ERP system; § Keep the physical inventory clean, organized, and labeled with product codes; § Monitor expiration dates of products with shelf life and take actions to prevent losses due to expiration; § Monitor system movements, identifying anomalies or inconsistencies in routines, reporting to supervision and following up on IT service tickets; § Participate in periodic, monthly or annual inventories, including internal/external audits; § Attend internal and external training whenever directed or requested by the immediate supervisor, seeking knowledge and/or specialization in topics related to the work area or position held, as well as technical improvement and updating, aiming at professional and personal development.
