About the Position: Responsible for preparing detailed and reliable executive budgets for our vertical residential developments, ensuring cost accuracy, technical compliance, and supporting decision-making for each Special Purpose Entity (SPE). **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation of comprehensive budgets (structural, installations, finishes, and supplementary items). * Development and updating of Launch Budgets (LB) and Executive Budgets (EB). * Analysis and benchmarking of supplier and contractor proposals. * Development and updating of proprietary cost compositions based on actual productivity from our construction sites. * Support for new business initiatives through cost estimates for land acquisition analysis. * Direct coordination with Design, Procurement, and Engineering teams. * Development of ABC curves, management reports, and support for internal/external audits (including cash and banking audits). **Technical Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering. * Preferred experience of 5–10 years in budgeting for vertical residential construction projects. * Proficiency in TRON and TOTVS systems. * Advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of SINAPI, PINI, SIEGS, BDI, taxes, and actual productivity metrics. * Ability to read executive drawings (architecture, structural, installations, fire protection, etc.). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across multiple SPEs. * Proactivity, sense of urgency, and owner’s mindset. * High attention to detail and technical rigor.
