We seek a professional with strong expertise in labor routines, team leadership, and focus on legal compliance. **Feira de Santana/BA and surrounding region** **Employment Type:** CLT **Compensation:** To be discussed **Benefits** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food basket * TotalPass * Birthday day off **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the full payroll cycle and eSocial events; * Manage hiring, dismissals, vacations, terminations, 13th salary, and benefits; * Monitor timekeeping, hour bank, work schedules, and absences (INSS, CAT); * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs); * Participate in internal and external audits; * Lead the payroll team and serve as technical reference for managers; * Map and optimize processes, establishing controls and performance indicators; * Support strategic decision-making with headcount and cost data. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related fields); * Solid experience in Payroll Department; * Experience leading teams; * Proficiency in **eSocial** and labor legislation; * Experience with payroll systems (RM, ADP, Senior, Alterdata or similar); * Advanced Excel skills; * Willingness to travel; * Experience in car dealerships or the automotive sector (preferred).
