Technical competencies: \- Experience with databases, including SQL queries, data analysis, and troubleshooting. \- Knowledge of PHP and Python for system maintenance, customizations, and integrations. \- Experience working with data APIs, including consumption, payload validation, and analysis of communication failures. \- Ability to analyze system, application, and database logs for preventive and corrective diagnostics. \- Experience in technical support (with sense of urgency) for corporate systems, addressing issues, improvements, and customizations. \- Familiarity with automation of operational routines to improve efficiency and reduce recurring errors. \- Solid understanding of system architectures and inter-service dependencies. \- Intermediate English: reading/writing ability and capacity to communicate effectively (including occasional participation in meetings). Responsibilities: \- Assess, categorize, and prioritize service tickets; guide users on proper system usage; and conduct diagnostics through to resolution. \- Diagnose incidents and problems, implement immediate actions, plan activities to identify root causes, and prevent recurrence. \- Monitor systems and analyze logs preventively and during incidents; maintain and update troubleshooting checklists. \- Execute database queries and extract information as required by technical needs and client requests. \- Fix bugs, implement enhancements, and perform customizations on existing systems. \- Interact with internal and external clients to gather information, clarify doubts, and participate in meetings for alignment and planning. \- Propose and implement process and operational routine automations.
