Description:
* Technical Course in Occupational Safety with professional registration;
* Intermediate Office Suite proficiency;
* First aid skills;
* Knowledge of Ministry of Labor regulations;
* Develop and monitor the annual schedule for CIPA implementation and renewal;
* Prepare and conduct the CIPA election;
* Assess workplace environmental conditions and issue technical opinions to support safe planning and organization of work for employees;
* Keep employers and employees informed about unhealthy, hazardous, and arduous activities present in the company, as well as measures and alternatives for their elimination or neutralization;
* Monitor services provided by occupational medicine and safety service providers;
* Notify the company, Regional Labor Office, and the relevant labor union of CIPA renewal results via official minutes, complying with Ministry of Labor legislation and other competent authorities;
* Prepare lectures, events, and activities related to SIPAT (Internal Week for Accident Prevention);
* Develop the PPRA (Environmental Risk Prevention Program);
* File the Accident Report (CAT), investigating accident causes and conditions;
* Monitor medical expert evaluations;
* Prepare risk maps identifying existing workplace hazards and classifying them as chemical, physical, or biological;
* Respond to inspections conducted by the Ministry of Labor, addressing procedures and compliance with technical safety regulations (NRs), providing relevant documentation and explaining adopted safety programs;
* Deliver and monitor proper use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (EPCs);
