Job Summary: A professional responsible for the prospecting, selection, negotiation, and monitoring of logistics service providers, aiming for operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiation and prospecting of logistics service providers 2. Documentation analysis for contracting 3. Performance monitoring of service providers * Prospecting, selection, and negotiation with third parties (aggregators and service providers); * Analysis and verification of mandatory documentation for contracting (registrations, contracts, insurance policies, licenses, ANTT certifications, among others); * Negotiation of rates, deadlines, and commercial terms to control costs and ensure operational efficiency; * Contract formalization and monitoring, including amendments and expirations; * Registration and updating of third parties in internal systems; * Monitoring of service providers' performance, evaluating adherence to deadlines, service quality, and incidents; * Continuous interface with operational, financial, and administrative departments; * Support in payment and freight control and verification; **Contracting of logistics service providers**, such as aggregators, third-party drivers, and others.
