Follow hygiene and food safety regulations **Job Description** The **Hotel Zahara** is looking for a **Kitchen Assistant** to join our team. The professional will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen organization and cleanliness, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. **Starting salary:** R$ 2.150,47 to R$ 2.365,51 per month. **Work schedule:** Rotating 6 days on / 1 day off, from 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation and plating; * Wash, cut, and portion ingredients; * Organize and sanitize utensils, equipment, and work areas; * Assist in inventory control and proper food storage; * Follow hygiene and food safety regulations; * Support the kitchen team with daily tasks. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role (preferred but not mandatory); * Basic knowledge of good hygiene and food handling practices; * Organization, proactivity, and teamwork skills; * Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
