Job Summary: Coordinate the production team, plan, control, and schedule production to ensure quality and implement continuous improvements in processes. Key Highlights: 1. Production team coordination 2. Production planning and control 3. Continuous process improvement **Responsibilities:** Coordinate the production team. Plan, control, and schedule production. Manage supplies (raw materials, spare parts, PPE, and others). Ensure quality, measurement, and verification of produced materials. Carry out continuous improvement activities in production processes. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering, or Technical Diploma in Building Construction, or related field; Intermediate Excel skills; Intermediate AutoCAD skills; Knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings; Experience in production planning and control; Experience in machine maintenance; Experience in team coordination. **SUBMIT RESUME WITH SALARY EXPECTATIONS** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.500,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Food basket * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you have AutoCAD knowledge? * Do you have experience reading structural drawings?
