Therefore, here you will find people from different places and backgrounds who believe in the importance of unity and the power of support and inclusion. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform Quality Assurance administrative tasks; * Inspections of Study Plans in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) principles; * Inspections of Final Reports and amendments to Final Reports in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) principles; * Update the Master Schedule during inspections of Study Plans and Final Reports; * Inspections of Short-Term Studies (Process Inspections) – To meet the Short-Term Study Inspection Plan and comply with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) principles; * Inspections of Long-Term Studies (Study Inspections) – To meet the Long-Term Study Inspection Plan and comply with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) principles; * Facility inspections to meet the Facility Inspection Plan and comply with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) principles; * Review standard operating procedures and quality records; * Verify equipment folders and system registration; * Update the Long-Term Study Inspection Plan (PIELD); * Update the Short-Term Study Inspection Plan (PIECD); * Verify the Master List of External Document Control (LMCDE); * Update and verify the Master List of Internal Document Control (LMCDI); * Verify employee personnel files; **Requirements and qualifications** To work as a Quality Assurance Assistant at ALS, we expect you to have the following requirements: Technical-level education in the following fields: Quality Management, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental/Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biomedicine, or related areas; Knowledge of standards: ABNT ISO/IEC 17025; GLP (Good Laboratory Practice); **Additional information** Meal allowance/Food voucher; Transportation voucher (Transit pass); Medical insurance; Dental insurance; Fitness and wellness allowance, Totalpass; Partnerships and agreements with universities and language schools (CNA, Open English, Oswaldo Cruz, SESC, among others).
