Collaboration with technical and production teams **Job Description:** We are seeking a CNC (Router) Programmer to join our team. The professional will be responsible for interpreting drawings, programming, operating, or supervising the operator during high-complexity part cutting, maximizing raw material utilization, preparing quotations, issuing sales orders, and preparing fully detailed files for production. **Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30 – 17:30; Friday 07:30 – 16:30** **Employment Type: Full-time / On-site** **Responsibilities:** \* Interpret woodworking drawings and develop CNC (Router) machine programs; \* Prepare quotations according to project specifications; \* Issue sales orders and ensure proper routing to production; \* Detail parts and services to be performed; \* Operate or supervise operational execution; \* Ensure quality and precision of produced parts; \* Collaborate with technical and production departments to optimize processes; \* Identify root causes of equipment malfunctions, promptly arranging necessary repairs and performing minor maintenance when possible; \* Jointly study, with the Production and Development Supervisor, company needs to enhance product quality, competitiveness, and market share; **Requirements:** \* Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D technical drawings and designs; \* Proficiency in CNC programming, 3D, and 2D software (Aspire, SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.); \* Organizational skills and attention to detail; \* Strong communication and teamwork abilities; \* Knowledge of measurements; **Preferred Qualifications:** \* Experience in woodworking involving CNC (Router) programming and operation; Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Compensation: R$2.500,00 – R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience programming CNC machines? * Are you proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp software?
