Join Alpha7! **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Conduct process mapping; proficiency in developing flowcharts and process diagrams; solid knowledge of risk analysis, work instructions, and analysis and control of non-conformities; * Schedule and conduct meetings with all company departments to gain comprehensive understanding of all workflows and processes, perform advanced data collection and analysis, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and NBR ISO 9001; * Develop manuals, procedures, diagnostics, and reports covering the company’s overall quality processes; * Record Quality Control activities in specific forms, in accordance with established ISO norms and standards; * Deliver regular training on the Quality Policy; possess well-established skills to train managers and staff; lead meetings; and present the QMS to clients; * Experience conducting internal audits, including drafting audit reports with evidence and findings, preparing corrective action reports, and monitoring implementation of corrective actions by respective departments. **Requirements and Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Technical qualification in Quality; * Internal Auditor training for ISO 9001; * Ability to interpret ISO 9001, ISO standards and norms; * Familiarity with quality tools (root cause analysis, PDCA, risk analysis); * Analytical and systemic thinking; * Planning and organizational skills. **Desirable / Differentiating Qualifications:** * **Suppliers:** experience in supplier qualification and supplier audits; * **KPIs:** ability to develop performance indicators aligned with each department’s needs and the company’s overall strategy; * **Corrective Actions / Root Cause Analysis:** hands-on experience and specialized knowledge of tools such as 8D / MASP, cause-and-effect diagrams, and the 5 Whys technique; * **External Audits:** experience leading or participating in the planning and follow-up of departmental audits, or having undergone external audits conducted by third-party auditors. **Additional Information:** - Work Model: Fully on-site; - Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws); - Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Job Type: Full-time, Permanent / CLT Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Childcare allowance * Free parking * Life insurance
