An expanding meat processing company seeks a Senior PCP Analyst to strategically manage production planning, scheduling, and control—ensuring alignment among demand, production capacity, and material availability—with emphasis on deadlines, quality, and operational efficiency.
**Responsibilities and Duties** ***Main Responsibilities***
* Plan, schedule, and sequence production according to demand and production capacity.
* Analyze orders and production feasibility, ensuring on-time delivery.
* Monitor production performance, inventory levels, processes, and KPIs.
* Identify bottlenecks, deviations, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs (Power BI and Excel).
* Support resource management, cost control, and inventory management.
* Optimize processes and reduce waste.
* Generate analytical insights to support strategic decision-making.
**Requirements and Qualifications** ***Requirements***
* Solid experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, and Control (PCP), preferably within the food industry.
* Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, performance indicators, and production capacity analysis.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with emphasis on data analysis and decision support.
* Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
***Technical Knowledge***
* PCP/APS and production planning.
* Indicator analysis and data-driven management.
* Industrial productivity, efficiency, and inventory management.
* Advanced Excel and Power BI.
* Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety are a plus.

**Additional Information** **What We Offer**
* Compensation: BRL 4365.71 (including minimum wage \+ hazard pay)

* Must reside in Santa Bárbara d’Oeste, Americana, Nova Odessa, or Sumaré.
