Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, negotiating, and overseeing international procurement activities to optimize inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted company supply, while also managing supplier relationships. Monitoring of KPIs and inventory management International Procurement Analyst **Description of responsibilities the professional will perform:** Monitor and analyze sales, inventory, and procurement planning indicators to ensure supply-demand balance and minimize stockouts and overstock situations; Assess demand based on historical sales data, seasonality, commercial targets, and market trends, strategically planning international procurement and replenishment; Lead the end-to-end international procurement process up to purchase order issuance, conducting negotiations with suppliers and ensuring fulfillment of the company's supply requirements; Coordinate international procurement supply flow jointly with the import management team, ensuring alignment among procurement planning, shipment schedules, and company supply; Maintain and strengthen relationships with international suppliers and partners, negotiating delivery timelines, commercial terms, and seeking solutions to optimize supply; Conduct continuous follow-up with Product Engineering and Procurement teams, tracking specific demands, technical changes, and development of new items. Previous experience required; experience in demand planning, inventory management, and procurement—preferably in an industrial environment; - Bachelor's degree completed or in progress. - Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related disciplines; - Intermediate/advanced English proficiency for communication with international suppliers; - Must reside in Nova Odessa, Americana, or Santa Bárbara Compensation: R$4.000,00 - R$6.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
