Developing procedures and work instructions to ensure compliance with standards and best practices. Conducting internal audits and monitoring corrective and preventive action plans. Managing indicators, monitoring performance metrics, and proposing continuous improvements. Delivering training to employees on standards, procedures, and quality culture. Implementing improvements in production and administrative processes. Supporting certifications and maintaining quality management systems. Bachelor's degree required.
