Contribute to process improvements in the department We are looking for a Commercial Analyst to support commercial department routines, contributing through analyses, KPI monitoring, and assistance to sales teams. We seek organized, analytical professionals with strong communication skills, interested in developing their careers in the commercial area and working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support the preparation and updating of commercial reports and KPIs; Monitor orders, billing, and sales results; Provide administrative and operational support to the commercial department; Assist in data analysis and generation of information for decision-making; Interface with internal departments such as Logistics, Finance, and Production; Support the organization of commercial processes, controls, and registrations; Contribute to process improvements in the department **Requirements and Qualifications** Previous experience in the commercial, administrative, or data analysis areas; Intermediate Excel knowledge; Proficiency in preparing and managing reports; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Analytical and organized profile; Ability to work with goals and KPIs; Power BI knowledge is a plus. **Additional Information** Compensation: R$2950.00 to R$3200.00 Benefits: Meal Allowance R$700.00 \+ Cost-of-living Allowance R$200.00 \+ Attendance Bonus Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:30 **MESTRO Alimentos is a company specialized in the processing, production, and commercialization of meat-based foods, delivering quality, safety, and trust.** We operate with efficient and sustainable processes, ensuring the confidence of customers and partners.
