Support to the IT team in implementing improvements **Job Description:** ---------------------- Installation, configuration, updating, preventive and corrective maintenance of: laptops, monitors, workstations, printers, tablets, video conferencing devices, televisions, telephones, and related hardware; structured cabling, switches, patch panels, access points, surveillance cameras; power supplies, stabilizers, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and generators; Windows or Linux operating systems and installed or embedded software; VoIP, VPN, and Wi-Fi; to users/employees and to the technological resources provided by the company: provide technical support; deliver basic guidance; resolve questions regarding usage; assist with application/software customization; ensure registration of all service requests and actions performed in the proprietary system used by the Technology Management Department of the Foundation.
