Ensure inventory execution and procedure updates Mission Directly responsible for all departmental activities, maintaining organization, leading the team, and enabling operations. Control and act on high-risk operations, always supporting processes and safeguarding strategic materials that directly impact production. What You Will Do * Ensure inventory execution, evaluate results, and formalize closing reports for approval. * Ensure procedure updates and implementation in the materials area, conducting training when necessary. * Audit and ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness (5S). * Ensure SAP system maintenance and updates, and implement improvements, layouts, and reports to support decision-making. * Know and apply regulations governing handling and storage of MRO items, chemicals, hazardous products, and material logistics at the unit (receiving, storage, picking, verification, and consumption). * Support operations executed and controlled by the warehouse. * Perform physical receipt of stock invoices in SAP. * Execute transfers between material units and generate service orders. * Control equipment dispatch and receipt for repair. * Ensure execution of warehouse operational activities. * Issue User Requests. * Register new non-stock materials (for repair and transfers) and expand stock materials after authorization from the line buyer. * Ensure MRP effectiveness for stock items. * Contribute to analysis of obsolete and/or non-moving items. * Promote service improvements, seek simplification opportunities, and maximize efficiency.
