Job Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor plans and executes preventive and corrective maintenance activities, manages spare parts inventory, ensures team compliance, and pursues continuous optimization. ABOUT THE POSITION: Position: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan corrective and preventive maintenance activities, monitor progress and delivery of maintenance work orders and improvement projects executed by the team * Analyze equipment criticality levels * Schedule strategic machine shutdowns for maintenance * Control spare parts inventory and requirements across the company's entire production sector * Ensure that maintenance team training and NR (Normative Rules) compliance are up to date * Conduct root cause analysis of equipment downtime and functional issues, and propose solutions * Knowledge and practical experience with LEAN production systems MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Technical education in maintenance management; Knowledge of extruder maintenance; Proficiency in computer applications; Detail-oriented and focused; Strong communication skills. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of tools: 5S, Kanban, 5W2H.
