* **Schedule production and delivery:** organizes concrete orders and adjusts production according to the construction site’s demand. * **Material dosing:** controls the quantities of cement, sand, gravel, water, and admixtures added to the mixture, using scales and automated systems. * **Prepare the environment and equipment:** verifies that the concrete plant is clean, calibrated, and ready for operation. * **Mix aggregates:** performs mixing of components to ensure concrete homogeneity. * **Discharge and pump concrete:** monitors loading into concrete mixer trucks and, in some cases, assists with pumping concrete to the construction site. * **Quality control:** ensures that the produced concrete complies with technical standards and specifications requested by the client. We are looking for a **Mechanical Maintenance Assistant** to join the Maintenance team **at the Continental Biopark.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL BE LIKE:** * **Scaffolding Assembly/Disassembly:** * Assemble, install, and adjust scaffolding systems according to specific projects and instructions. * Ensure that scaffolding is assembled in compliance with safety standards and technical specifications. * Perform safe dismantling of scaffolding, following established procedures. * Ensure all scaffolding components are properly dismantled and stored for reuse. * **Verification and Inspection:** * Inspect scaffolding before and after assembly, verifying the safety and stability of all elements. * Identify any defects or issues with scaffolding and immediately report them to supervisors. * **Workplace Safety:** * Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for performing tasks. * Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations and operational procedures. * **Organization and Storage:** * Organize tools, materials, and scaffolding components efficiently and safely. * Maintain and preserve the durability of equipment used in assembly and disassembly. * **Team Collaboration:** * Work together with other professionals from various service areas and fellow assemblers. * Follow leadership instructions and guidelines, ensuring efficient task execution. * **Documentation and Reporting:** * Record and report any incidents or problems during work execution. * Maintain records of inspections and approvals performed on scaffolding. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed Elementary Education; * Knowledge of maintenance, assembly, and disassembly; * Availability to work in shifts and a 5x1 schedule. * Must reside or have **availability to relocate** to **Barretos/SP, Colômbia/SP, or Planura/MG**. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (there may be additional ones, and you will be informed if you progress): * Application \- completion of this form and additional data if necessary. * HR Interview \- a conversation for us to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical conversation to further explain the daily routine and challenges.
