We are seeking qualified professors to teach Psychology courses. Candidates must hold a completed master’s degree and professional experience in the field of Psychology. This selection process targets opportunities for the 2026/1 semester, as well as building a talent pool for future openings in subsequent semesters. Key responsibilities include: \- Teaching Psychology courses: Covering psychological theories, clinical practices, foundations of contemporary psychology, and professional ethics, promoting critical reflection and practical application of knowledge; \- Preparing and administering assessments: Designing and grading exams, assignments, and projects, evaluating student progress and encouraging development of theoretical and practical competencies; \- Supporting students: Providing academic support, answering questions, and advising students on psychology-related research, internships, and projects; \- Participating in meetings and academic activities: Collaborating with the pedagogical team, attending institutional meetings, and contributing to academic events organized by the institution. Selection process timeline: \- By end of November: Resume submission, review, and screening; \- Phase 1: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an in-person interview; \- Phase 2: Candidates who pass the interview will undergo behavioral assessments; \- Final phase: Finalists will be invited to deliver a 20-minute demonstration class on a pre-defined topic.
