Development and monitoring of departmental KPIs * ### **Job Description** MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Schedule mechanical and electrical maintenance activities and monitor task progress; Contract third-party services when necessary; Supervise the assembly of electrical panels; Maintain up-to-date equipment maintenance records; Compare planned versus actual time to propose improvements; Support the maintenance team on matters related to safety, training, promotions, or terminations; Develop and monitor departmental KPIs.
