Currently, we have an opening for a Design Lead to join our Growth Marketing team. What will be your mission? Ensure design processes and deliverables are followed (hierarchy, typography, contrast, reading flow). Mentor designers on technical tools (Figma/Adobe/Illustrator). Orchestrate the pipeline (briefings, priorities, SLAs, handoffs) and reduce rework. Document standards (guides, libraries, QA checklists). Measure and communicate results (creatives’ productivity and performance). Requirements: 5 years of experience as a Designer in real production workflows. Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop/Illustrator. Experience collaborating in feedback-driven cycles. Hands-on experience across multiple digital channels (social, email, landing pages).
