* ### **Job Description** Main Responsibilities Lead and monitor the development of pilot pieces. Interpret and clarify technical sheets with the styling and pattern-making departments. Guide the pilotage team regarding operational sequences and sewing techniques. Ensure execution quality of garments, checking measurements, finishes, and details. Identify inconsistencies in pattern-making or sewing, suggesting improvements and adjustments. Control delivery deadlines for pilot pieces, ensuring compliance with collection schedules. Support integration with cutting, pattern-making, and production departments. Supervise organization, cleanliness, and safety in the pilotage area. Requirements Completed high school (technical course in apparel or related fields is desirable). Proven experience in pilotage within garment manufacturing. Knowledge of sewing techniques on various fabric types and machinery.
