Below is the description of the activities: \- Support your management, monitor indicators and develop reports; \- Ensure the quality and security of information in all activities. \- Assist your management in meetings and agenda control; \- Collaborate with departments to develop the institution's economic and financial indicators; \- Perform analysis and prepare reports related to routines in the economic and financial area; \- Participate in internal audit programs of the system and procedures related to quality; \- Develop, implement and monitor action plans for quality processes in the economic and financial area; \- Standardize and control internal documentation of the institution; \- Develop and improve tools for data collection, control and information analysis; \- Participate in the organization, control, implementation and support of institutional certification processes; \- Gather statistical data relevant to departments and/or the institution; \- Maintain the BSC – Balanced Scorecard tool; \- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, tables, charts, reports and results for the area; \- Assist team members in preparing flowcharts for processes and/or procedures; \- Conduct periodic document reviews seeking standardization and suggesting improvements according to needs; \- Act as an internal multiplier of procedures and standards; \- Provide support in planning strategic projects related to Quality and implementation and maintenance of RN 518 and RN 507 requirements. \- Perform other related tasks as described above, according to workflow, under the guidance of the area leader. Job Requirements: \- Experience with Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); \- Completed Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
