Responsibilities: \- Interpret project documents (drawings, schematics, and technical specifications); \- Perform preventive/corrective maintenance tasks; \- Prepare and pour concrete structures and foundations; \- Operate equipment and tools relevant to the position; \- Lay bricks, blocks, tiles, and other materials; \- Plaster and finish walls; \- Perform finishing tasks such as installing doors, windows, etc.; \- Guide other construction professionals and follow instructions from engineers and site supervisors; \- Ensure safety during work execution; \- Carry out other duties inherent to the position or assigned at the discretion of the immediate supervisor, provided the candidate is qualified and such duties align with their knowledge and experience.
