Provide administrative support to the sales team What You Will Do Here: Support the sales team to ensure sales processes occur in an organized, agile, and efficient manner. Organize and keep commercial documentation up to date—including contracts, proposals, and commercial agreements—in both physical and digital formats; Prepare budgets, quotations, and commercial proposals based on information provided by the sales team; Submit commercial proposals to the Commercial Coordinator for validation and subsequent delivery to the client; Monitor the sales order flow—from authorization through to dispatch; Enter and record orders in the system; Forward orders for approval; Update and maintain organized files, reports, and commercial records in systems and spreadsheets; Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking commercial performance indicators (KPIs); Ensure commercial information is well-organized and accessible to the team; Provide administrative support to the sales team, contributing to the efficiency of sales operations.
