We are looking for someone who will make a difference on our team, developing and implementing marketing actions for Unicred Cooperative. **Responsibilities and duties** * Disseminate the positioning and attributes of the Unicred brand; * Execute systemic institutional campaigns aimed at member loyalty; * Develop member relationship initiatives: birthdays, special dates, newsletters, among others; * Plan and execute various events such as assemblies, branch openings, meetings, etc.; * Ensure the maintenance of the Unicred brand at all contact points with members, such as branches, facades, ATMs, aiming for standardized communication; * Address marketing demands from Business Advisors, People Management Advisors, and Singular Directors; * Request the external agency to create layouts for presentations made by the cooperative, such as external, internal, advisor, and director meetings; * Execute the Cooperative's Marketing Plan regarding local media actions, in synergy with the Systemic Marketing Plan; * Prioritize hiring systemic partners for production activities (institutional marketing agency, products and services, digital, and press office) or media placement (radio, TV, print media, etc.); * Evaluate return on investment from campaigns and media actions; * Encourage and guide the use of self-service and relationship channels; * Encourage and support internal communication; * Promote cooperativism and the cooperative's financial solutions to employees, members, and the community. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in areas related to the role; * Experience in the responsibilities of the position. **Required technical knowledge:** * Social media; * Writing and spelling; * Content marketing; * Product marketing; * Cooperativism and credit cooperativism; * Image editing software; * Verbal and written communication; * Office suite.
