MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Develop executive architectural projects;
+ Develop subdivision and condominium projects;
+ Ensure compliance with technical standards and local legislation;
+ Conduct technical and architectural feasibility analysis for developments;
+ Participate in meetings with clients, suppliers, and public agencies;
+ Develop and implement interior design projects for common areas of the construction company's developments;
REQUIREMENTS:
+ Completed Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning;
+ Active registration with the Council of Architecture and Urbanism (CAU);
+ Knowledge of construction and architectural projects;
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office suite;
+ Knowledge of urban legislation, building codes, and accessibility standards.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Experience in obtaining project approvals from municipal governments and other regulatory bodies.
+ Proactive profile, focused on technical solutions and leadership.
