Support during go-live and post-implementation The company is seeking a Support and Implementation Analyst in Criciúma. SoulCycle is a fitness company offering indoor cycling classes in a motivating and community-oriented environment. The brand is known for its unique approach to exercise, combining music, lighting, and a wellness experience. **Responsibilities:** Support the implementation of the system (Finance area) for new clients. Assist with initial configurations, focusing on bank reconciliation and integrations with financial institutions. Assist with parameterization of routines such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow. Monitor banking integrations via CNAB, API, or other platform-specific methods. Assist in conducting integration tests and support clients in validating information. Provide support during go-live and the initial post-implementation period. Previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Implementation Analyst, Support and Implementation Consultant, or Support Systems Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this position. Bachelor's degree required.
