If you seek professional growth, enjoy learning, and wish to join a major company, come be part of our team! **\#YouAtRandoncorp \#WeAreRandoncorp \#JoinNIONE** **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop customized solutions for customers, ensuring product compatibility with various polymeric matrices. * Manage the portfolio of application and development projects involving polymers with NIONE partners and customers, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and project costs. * Support Product Engineering and R\\&\D in conducting product and application tests in laboratory and field settings, evaluating mechanical, thermal, and chemical properties of polymers. * Visit customers in Brazil and abroad, providing on-site support for proper product usage. * Lead techno-commercial meetings with customers to track application projects, resolve issues, and identify new business opportunities. * Define technical requirements for polymeric formulations and evaluation methodologies. * Design and execute experiments involving nanoparticle dispersion, functionalization, and compatibilization in polymers. * Serve as a technical reference for customers and internal teams, proposing solutions to polymer-related challenges. * Support the Sales team in developing applications, resolving customer issues, and prospecting new customers and business opportunities. * Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for new polymer applications. * Perform market research on competing products, supporting the Commercial team in pricing NIONE solutions. * Participate in technical forums and monitor technological trends in the polymers and composites sector. * Prepare technical reports, test certificates, and documentation required by internal standards and regulatory bodies. * Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and industry technical standards. **Requirements and qualifications** **To apply for this position, you must meet the following requirements**: * Completed undergraduate degree in Materials Engineering or other engineering disciplines. * Active CREA registration. * Advanced English proficiency. * Knowledge of negotiation techniques. **Preferred qualifications include**: * Experience in polymer and composite development and application, including dispersion and compatibilization processes. * Ongoing or completed postgraduate studies or master’s degree. **Additional information** * Opportunity to work in **IÇARA/SC**. #### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
