Below are the job responsibilities: \- Check via system and WhatsApp the beneficiary's request regarding outpatient care, hospitalization, chemotherapy, and special material requests; \- Assist in issuing authorizations according to the requested medical procedure; \- Assist in authorizing requests made in person, by phone, or through electronic systems; \- Attend to customers and provide all clarifications related to the contract, such as waiting periods, contractual coverage, accredited network, scheduling appointments, exams, and other procedures, etc.; \- File all documents in numerical, alphabetical, or chronological order for consultation and verification; \- Attend to accredited providers with questions regarding authorization; \- Handle reimbursement requests; \- Ensure the implementation of sustainable practices established by the institution to minimize the environmental impact of operations and contribute to the health and well\-being of employees and the community; \- Foster an organizational culture that promotes workplace safety to ensure the physical integrity of the team in the work environment; \- Ensure proper risk management practices within the institution, contributing to the identification, evaluation, treatment, and monitoring of risks, and strengthening established internal controls; \- Act in accordance with Unimed's core competencies: cooperate to grow, pursue excellence, delight the customer, and manage emotions; \- Perform other related tasks as described above, according to workflow and under the guidance of the area leader. Requirements: \- High school diploma; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; \- Knowledge of administrative routines; \- Customer service skills, good demeanor, and empathy.
