Job Summary: Lead the full-cycle financial planning process, act as a strategic business partner, and coordinate managerial routines and audits. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinating managerial routines and supporting audits **We have positions available for persons with disabilities (PCD)** **Responsibilities:** Lead the full-cycle financial planning process, including developing the annual budget (Budget) and managing monthly revisions (Forecasts). Act as a strategic business partner (Business Partner), serving as the primary contact for presenting monthly results and aligning assumptions with managers across departments and branches. For monthly closing, coordinate managerial routines, ensuring critical analysis of sales, costs, margins, and expenses, and prepare detailed reports. Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement), working capital analysis, and feasibility assessments for new investments and projects (NPV, IRR, Payback), while managing Capex control. Provide direct support to audit processes and maintenance of internal controls. **Requirements:** Minimum 5 years of experience in the field. Completed undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting. Advanced Excel proficiency; Power Query or Power BI knowledge is a plus.
