Welcoming and connecting members to ensure a productive and welcoming environment. 2. Planning and creating digital content for social media to keep the brand active. 3. Supporting the organization of local events and facilitating access to services. We are recruiting a Community Manager to join Miner Tecnologia, focusing on the development, engagement, and strategic strengthening of the Miner Club. **Responsibilities** **In Physical Space:** * **Host and Networking:** Welcome members, connect people with shared interests, and ensure the club’s atmosphere remains productive and welcoming. * **Local Events:** Support the organization of meetups, technical trainings, and in-person networking cafés. * **Member Support:** Clarify questions about the club and facilitate access to mining services. **Digitally:** * **Content Creation:** Plan and create posts, Stories, and Reels for the club’s Instagram and LinkedIn accounts. * **Behind-the-Scenes Coverage:** Showcase daily operations at headquarters, arrival of mining equipment, important visits, and the overall "vibe" of the Miner Club. * **Digital Interaction:** Respond to comments and DMs, keeping the brand active and close to followers. * **Editorial Calendar:** Maintain a consistent posting schedule covering mining industry topics, tips, and club updates. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience with social media or community management. * Proficiency in mobile photography or video editing. * Familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem.
