Check out our open positions and submit your resume. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform activities related to the application of Regulatory Standards. * Manage the CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention), Emergency Brigade, safety training programs, and preventive equipment. * Monitor and control the periodicity of mandatory trainings, and deliver occupational safety and health (OSH)-focused training. * Validate contractor documentation, conduct onboarding sessions, authorize work activities, and perform inspections. * Develop work procedures, register records in the system, and maintain documentation control for the occupational safety area. * Conduct OSH inspections and provide guidance to departments, ensuring workplace safety through preventive measures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Certification as a Private Emergency Brigade Member from the Santa Catarina State Fire Department (CBMSC); * Registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Familiarity with the Senior system is a plus; * Ability to deliver mandatory training and onboard new employees; * Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, organizational ability, ease of working on-site, and capacity to interact across diverse departments. **Additional Benefits** Dental Plan; Health Insurance; Free Transportation; On-site Restaurant; Performance-Based Bonus (PPR); Discounts on Brands; Childcare Assistance; Scholarship Program; Employee Referral Program.
