Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with a background in geology, engineering, or related fields to work in the commercial area, developing proposals, prospecting clients, and negotiating contracts in the fields of sustainability and water resources. Prospecting new clients and negotiating contracts Water Services and Technologies is a dynamic company operating in the fields of sustainability and management of water and environmental resources. With offices in Belo Horizonte and Florianópolis and international operations, the company is expanding its presence in the Brazilian and global markets. We seek a professional to work in the commercial area, holding a degree in geology, engineering, or related fields. Responsibilities * Develop technical and commercial proposals, ensuring all proposals comply with company and industry standards; * Collaborate with the technical team to ensure all technical proposals are accurate and complete, meeting project requirements and client requests; * Obtain supplier quotations to support proposal development; * Submit proposals through our clients' procurement portals; * Participate in negotiations to finalize contracts; * Actively prospect new clients, identifying and developing new business opportunities related to the services and products offered by Water Services and Technologies; * Travel for visits to potential clients, attendance at trade fairs and events; * Monitor, together with potential clients, the progress of bidding processes; * Update the CRM system; * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and content to boost sales, including corporate presentations; * Assume responsibility for post-sale contract follow-up, including scope change negotiations, price adjustments, and preparation of contractual addenda; Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Geology, Engineering, or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field; * Strong written communication skills in Portuguese and English; * Verbal communication proficiency in English; * Technical ability to understand and analyze project needs and requirements to develop detailed and accurate technical proposals; * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel; * Strong communication skills; * Ability to meet deadlines; * Attention to detail; Desirable Qualifications * Experience in the commercial area, including negotiation and sales; * Knowledge of technical standards, regulations, and legislation relevant to geology and environmental fields; * Prior experience in the mining industry; * Experience with CRM software; The candidate will report to the Commercial Area Coordinator and must work on-site in Florianópolis/SC.
