What do we expect from you? We seek a backend developer with hands-on production environment experience, able to work on an ISO 9001-based SaaS Quality Management platform used by corporate clients. The candidate will interact directly with critical APIs, complex business rules, and real-world performance challenges. We expect someone capable of understanding existing code, systematically investigating issues, and delivering robust solutions. Development * Enhance services and APIs using C\# and .NET / .NET Core. * Implement business logic while respecting the system’s current architecture. * Develop secure, performant, and maintainable endpoints. * Ensure compatibility with existing integrations. Diagnosis and Performance * Investigate issues reported by customers or monitoring systems. * Identify bottlenecks in LINQ / SQL queries. * Propose and implement performance improvements. Database * Work with relational data modeling. * Create and review complex queries. * Assess impact of changes in high-volume data environments. Production System Maintenance * Analyze logs and stack traces. * Consistently reproduce bugs. * Fix issues without introducing regressions. Technical Collaboration * Participate in code reviews. * Discuss technical solutions with the team. * Contribute incremental improvements to the codebase.
