Good communication, proactivity, and teamwork. **Long-Haul Driver** ======================== Araranguá (Distribution Center) \- SC Apply Now LinkedIn Facebook Back to Jobs List Job Description Position Title: Long-Haul Driver Main Responsibilities: \- Operate heavy vehicles such as trucks, buses, or trailers on intercity or interstate routes. \- Ensure safe transportation of passengers, cargo, and goods. \- Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance, including fluid level checks, tire inspections, and cleaning. \- Complete travel documentation, such as control spreadsheets, logbooks, and incident reports. \- Strictly comply with traffic and safety regulations to ensure the safety of passengers, cargo, and the driver. \- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and passengers. Required Qualifications: \- Completed high school education. \- Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) category D or E. \- Minimum 2 years of experience as a heavy-vehicle driver. \- Knowledge of traffic laws and vehicle operation skills. \- Excellent defensive and prudent driving skills. \- Good communication, proactivity, and teamwork. \- Availability for long-duration trips. Preferred Qualifications: \- Dangerous Goods Transport Course (MOPP). \- Basic mechanical knowledge. \- Ability to handle unexpected situations and resolve problems efficiently. Additional Information: \- Employment Regime: Article 235-C of the CLT, § 1º \- Work Schedule: 8 hours per day and 44 hours per week, with a 1-hour meal break.
