**Job Description:** ---------------------- Main Responsibilities: Chemical analysis of tunnel stages (concentration, dissolved aluminum, pH, conductivity, and temperature); Mass loss tests and conversion coating tests (top, middle, and bottom); Machu Test execution (48h); Control of the hook cleaning tank (Vertical Painting Line); Physical tests: adhesion (cold and wet), impact, bending, deep drawing, hardness, coating thickness, gloss, and polymerization; Painting samples for paint testing of new batches and color proposals; Requesting laboratory chemicals and materials; Equipment calibration and furnace thermography for polymerization; Completing checklists and forms; Operational inspection of the pre-treatment tunnel and dosing system; Receiving chemical products; Cleaning, calibration, and maintenance of the dosing system and pre-treatment tunnel; Desmi regeneration; Waste loading; Cleaning and organizing areas (Laboratory, Wastewater Treatment Unit, Chemical Storage Warehouse, and Waste Center); Related Activities: Painting samples for customers; Support in the tunnel (fallen parts, operational adjustments); External tunnel cleaning; Maintenance of pumps, piping (unclogging), and equipment in the Wastewater Treatment Unit and Pre-Treatment Tunnel; **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Technical or higher education in Chemistry or related fields; Proficiency in Office Suite/Google Workspace; Strong oral and written communication skills; Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
