




* ### **Job Description** Perform chemical analysis and calculations for charge correction, defining which materials should be added. Validate chemical composition deviations when necessary, under the guidance of the engineering coordinator. Perform spectrometer calibration and cleaning. Record, control, and verify disposition of charges under engineering deviation. Prepare samples for metallographic and mechanical tests (tensile, bending, and Charpy). Prepare metallurgical reports when requested, under the guidance and validation of the engineering coordinator. Develop technical and operational procedures related to the metallurgical laboratory, with validation from the engineering coordinator. Conduct and validate molding sand control tests, and control of other inputs specified in technical procedures or specifications.
