Description
Main Responsibilities
* Assist in preparing the workstation: organize materials, cut fabrics, sort accessories.
\*
* Set up and adjust sewing machines (straight-stitch, overlock, and others), replace needles, and adjust thread tension.
\*
* Operate machines for assembling components on the production line according to technical standards.
* Perform quality control: identify defects, adjust stitches, inspect finishing, and carry out necessary repairs.
\*
* Perform cleaning and basic maintenance (Level 1\) of machines and the workstation.
* Package, label, and organize finished components according to specifications.
* Comply with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental regulations.
* Work collaboratively in a team, maintaining effective communication and cooperation to ensure smooth production.
Requirements
* Completed elementary education (preferred).
* Qualification course (cutting and sewing; machine maintenance) of up to 200 class hours is desirable.
* Familiarity with industrial machine operation, adjustments, or production lines.
* Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
* Organized, proactive, and responsible.
* Availability for a CLT employment schedule of up to 44 hours per week, with possible overtime.
Advantages
