Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated General Services Assistant to maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the production area—especially the kitchen—ensuring quality and smooth workflow. Waste Management and Material Replenishment We seek a **General Services Assistant** who is dedicated and proactive, with a primary focus on maintaining **cleanliness, organization, and hygiene** in the production area—especially the **kitchen**. This role is critical to ensuring internal process quality and efficiency. ✨ Key Responsibilities and Duties The professional will be responsible for: * **Deep Cleaning and Sanitization of the Kitchen:** * Perform daily cleaning of floors, walls, countertops, equipment (stoves, ovens, refrigerators, hoods, etc.), and kitchen utensils, adhering to strict hygiene standards. * Ensure organization of cabinets, pantries, and cold storage rooms. * **Support in Production and Preparation:** * Assist the kitchen team with **basic preparation tasks** (e.g., peeling, cutting, weighing) of ingredients. * Actively participate in the **separation and weighing of fillings and doughs**, per chef/production instructions. * Maintain a clean and organized production work area throughout the shift (*mise en place* principle and continuous cleaning). * **Waste Management and Replenishment:** * Perform **correct collection, sorting, and disposal of waste**, including organic and recyclable materials, multiple times per day. * Restock **consumable supplies** (paper towels, soap, alcohol, etc.) in restrooms and common areas adjacent to the kitchen. * **Stockroom Organization (If Required):** * Assist in receiving and organizing goods, storing them in designated locations for easy access and inventory control. ✅ Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory) * Prior experience in cleaning services, preferably in industrial kitchens, restaurants, or food manufacturing facilities. * Knowledge and proficiency in using professional cleaning products and equipment. * Commitment to hygiene, punctuality, and teamwork. * Good physical condition for tasks involving movement and moderate lifting.
