Responsibilities: Lead, guide, and develop the team, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and enabling continuous professional growth; Support task prioritization, monitor deadlines, and ensure efficient delivery of results; Ensure integrated communication between the team and other departments, facilitating internal workflow execution; Foster a collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement, guaranteeing operational excellence across all processes; Conduct structured feedback sessions, performance evaluations, and management rituals; Mediate conflicts and seek solutions to improve organizational climate; Map, model, and review end\-to\-end processes (AS IS / TO BE), identifying risks, bottlenecks, and costs, and proposing improvements; Establish, monitor, and report performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring process control and governance within the organization; Lead automation and digitalization initiatives, simplifying processes and improving operational efficiency in collaboration with strategic departments; Ensure all processes are adequately documented, with version control, standardization, and compliance; Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance organizational process effectiveness; Perform process benchmarking, introducing innovations, trends, and best practices in Business Process Management (BPM) to strengthen organizational maturity; Study process management methodologies and integrate new solutions that increase efficiency, incorporating market-leading best practices.
**Mandatory Requirements:**

Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Production Engineering or related fields;
Experience in process management and optimization, and end\-to\-end process mapping;
Advanced knowledge of BPM and process management methodologies;
KPI management, with operational focus and quality control;
Experience with process mapping tools such as BPMN;
Experience with Lean Six Sigma, focusing on continuous improvement;
Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies for process optimization and management;
Knowledge of Power BI for performance monitoring and reporting;
Knowledge of Quality Management and ISO standards, with emphasis on process improvement.
**Desirable Requirements:**

Lean Six Sigma certification (White, Yellow, Green, or Black Belt);
BPM (Business Process Management) certification;
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality standards;
Experience with productivity tools such as PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, among others;
Advanced knowledge of process mapping (AS IS / TO BE);
Experience in project management and Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
