VSG SAÚDE \- HOME CARE hires Pharmacists, with the following responsibilities: * Assume technical responsibility before regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with current health legislation. * Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with sanitary surveillance standards. * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and purchases of medications and supplies. * Prospect and develop new suppliers to achieve better commercial terms and product quality. * Maintain an updated spreadsheet containing information on high-cost material suppliers; * Manage medication and supply logistics, including receipt, inspection, storage, and internal and external distribution. * Plan and optimize logistics flows to ensure efficient home delivery, preventing stockouts or overstocking. * Manage inventory, maintaining appropriate levels and avoiding shortages or excesses. * Control drug expiration dates, proper storage conditions, and traceability. * Rigorously monitor controlled and high-surveillance drugs, ensuring compliance with specific legislation. * Ensure accurate dispensing of medications, providing appropriate patient guidance when necessary. * Submit to the analyst group, when materials are dispatched, a list containing patient names, shipped volumes, and estimated arrival date, ensuring verification and return of the signed protocol; * Maintain the pharmacy environment clean, organized, and compliant with required standards. * Monitor pharmacy temperature; **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. * Active registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF). * Knowledge of health legislation and sanitary surveillance standards. * Experience in inventory management and medication control (preferred).
