To learn more, visit www.sealedair.com. **Requirements for the Position:** * High school diploma or equivalent * **Availability to work from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Saturday** * Minimum 2 years of experience in this role * Teamwork Organization and effective communication * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Forklift operator certification Industrial environment experience * **Responsibilities:** * Identify materials and supplies related to the production process; * Ensure labeling of all products originating from the process; * Ensure organization and cleanliness of equipment and accessories; * Complete all documentation relevant to material handling, shipping, and receiving; * Participate in all inventory processes; * Support operators to ensure all supplies required for the production process are available; * Verify finished goods and returned items from processes; * Ensure equipment used is fully operational and well-maintained; * Follow all procedures established by Logistics, Quality, and EHS; * When necessary, perform or support other activities within the department; * Execute tasks related to new projects, thereby ensuring continuous improvement objectives are met; * Attend technical training sessions; * Collaborate with operators to ensure smooth and continuous operation of the production department through efficient material and supply handling; * Maintain a proactive mindset and anticipate potential maintenance issues; * Be available to provide support or serve as additional labor across all positions (production, support, and assistant); * Support other operators during possible technical PDCA actions; * Promote safety culture by actively participating in safety observations, trainings, campaigns, etc. **What We Offer** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Cafeteria; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program; * Private pension plan; * Career development plan; * Food basket; * Citizen Company Total Pass * Reside in the **Londrina/PR** region or be willing to relocate to the region. \- Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet marketplace demand \- Sets up equipment operation feed, speed and temperature \- Follows established procedures for operating various conventional and/or CNC (computerized numerical control) manufacturing equipment for tasks such as cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling, and stamping to fabricate, form or shape manufactured parts, tools or parts assemblies from raw materials \- Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing \- Resolves issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations \- Responsibilities are within Manufacturing/Operations Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines **Qualifications** ------------------ Information at a Glance **WHY WORK AT SEALED AIR?** It is our responsibility to leverage what we have to affect positive and meaningful change for our communities and planet using Sealed Air’s global resources and expertise.
