




Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring trips, communicating with drivers and customers, updating systems, and managing incidents to ensure efficient deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Direct communication with drivers and customers to ensure deliveries 2. Management of incidents and trip status updates in systems 3. Support in tracking alert monitoring and real-time tracking Contact drivers during trips to confirm location, delivery progress, and clarify questions; Request unloading from the customer or consignee when necessary; Report returns, incidents, and abnormal situations to the monitoring analyst or other relevant departments; Input and update trip information in the system; Record trip incidents clearly and in accordance with internal procedures; Close and finalize freight records in the systems upon completion of operations; Support tracking alert monitoring, reporting deviations or critical situations to the responsible analyst; Close transport manifests; Consider and follow client-specific requirements during monitoring; Perform monitoring via the customer's portal when required; Maintain communication with customers whenever necessary, especially in routine situations or for status updates.
