We’re looking for a talented **E\-learning Content Creator / Instructional Designer** to design high\-quality digital courses that inspire learners worldwide. At **Glasbena Matica Institute**, you’ll have the opportunity to combine creativity, education, and technology—while working in a flexible and collaborative environment. **What You’ll Do** * Design and develop engaging **e\-learning courses and training materials** * Create multimedia content (videos, presentations, quizzes, scripts) * Collaborate with subject matter experts to structure course content * Apply instructional design principles to improve learner engagement * Optimize content for LMS platforms (SCORM, xAPI preferred) * Review and update existing learning materials for quality and accuracy * Ensure content is clear, interactive, and learner\-focused **What We’re Looking For** * Experience in **e\-learning, instructional design, or content creation** * Strong writing and storytelling skills * Familiarity with tools like Articulate, Captivate, Canva, or similar * Basic understanding of LMS platforms * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Attention to detail and creativity **Nice to Have:** * Background in education, training, or digital media * Experience with video editing or animation tools * Knowledge of SEO or content optimization **Salary \& Schedule** * **Salary:** BRL 3,500 – BRL 6,500 per month (based on experience) * Flexible working hours * Remote or hybrid work options available **About the Company** **Glasbena Matica Institute** is a global education and cultural organization focused on digital learning, music, and creative development.
